INGENCO entered into a contractual agreement today with executives of the Wicomico County landfill regarding construction of a power generation facility at their site. 

The proposed facility will be INGENCO's first landfill gas to energy project in Maryland and the sixth overall. It is projected to be capable of producing up to 6 MW of fully dispatched power.
