Open House Held for Brunswick Plant

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, Virginia - On December 6, 2007, Allied Waste and INGENCO held an open house for the
new 12 MW Brunswick landfill gas-to-energy
plant.
Local, state and federal government officials, including a representative
from the EPA's Landfill Methane Outreach Program (LMOP), members of the media, citizens from
the County and employees from INGENCO and Allied Waste attended the function.
Highlights included a tour of the plant and van rides to the Brunswick
landfill site.
