INGENCO's Brunswick County Plant to be Expanded from 8 MW to 12 MW

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, Virginia - On February 1, 2008, INGENCO received a permit from the
Virginia Department of Environmental Quality to expand its Brunswick County plant from 8 MW to
12 MW. The expansion is in response to increased flow of landfill gas at the site.
This is the third INGENCO landfill gas to energy plant to be
expanded. The Amelia County, Virginia, and Mountain View, Pennsylvania plants were
similarly expanded in May 2003 and November 2004, respectively.
INGENCO's highly scalable modular generating plant design provides the
lowest incremental generating capacity costs in the industry and is ideally suited for growing
landfill gas resources.
