INGENCO Executes Contract to Develop Landfill Gas Project Near Joliet,

Joliet, Illinois
JOLIET, Illinois - INGENCO has completed negotiations and executed a contract for the
installation of a 4 MW landfill gas project at the closed CDT landfill near Joliet, Illinois.
The facility, which will be similar in size to the company's plant in New
Bern, NC, is expected to be in production by summer of 2009.
The output will be managed by INGENCO's 24 hour dispatch desk and sold
into the PJM electrical system.
