INGENCO Awarded Contract to Develop Electric Power Generating Facilities
at North Dade and South Dade Landfills

MIAMI, Florida - INGENCO has been awarded a contract to develop electric power
generating facilities totaling 14 MW gross capacity for the North Dade and South Dade
landfills in Miami, Florida. These landfills are owned and operated by Dade County.
At the North Dade landfill, INGENCO intends to install a generating plant
of approximately 6 MW gross capacity. The company plans to install a second generating
facility of about 8 MW gross capacity at the South Dade site.
The proposed facilities will be INGENCO's first two landfill gas to energy
projects in Florida.
