Testing Continues at Cedar Hills Gas Processing Plant

KING COUNTY, Washington - The Cedar Hills high BTU facility has produced pipeline
quality gas meeting all specifications.
Upon completion of the interconnect pipeline, the plant will
commence commercial operations, now anticipated in late April 2009.
